Terms of use
These terms govern your use of agentuor.com and, unless a separate agreement applies, the Agentuor platform.
1. Acceptance
By accessing the website or platform you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Agentuor provides data infrastructure for collecting, annotating, reviewing, and evaluating robotics data, together with software agents that provide recommendations. Recommendations are informational; final decisions on data are made by you or your designated reviewers.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and consents necessary to collect and upload that data, including any personal data it contains.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful content, or using it to develop systems intended to cause harm.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, website, and their content (excluding customer content) are owned by Agentuor or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. No rights are granted except as expressly set out here.
7. Fees
Paid plans are billed according to the order form or statement of work. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Platform service levels, where offered, are defined in the applicable customer agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentuor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Customer agreements set out termination and data return procedures for the platform.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the courts of Jaén, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
